MILLER VINATIERI MOTORSPORTS IS BACK ON AN OVAL THIS WEEKEND AT THE WORLD WIDE TECHNOLOGY RACEWAY
After a month break in the 2022 schedule, the Indy Pro 2000 Championship presented by Cooper Tires is returning for their second oval race of the season at the World Wide Technology (WWT) Raceway. Indy Pro 2000 team Miller Vinatieri Motorsports is hoping their sole driver Jack William Miller can bring home another trophy this weekend among his other’s already earned earlier this season.
“We’ve had a ton of time to prepare in our month-long break,” explained Miller. “We’re looking forward to running another oval and get back to the form we had on ovals in 2021. We had a top-ten result at our first oval race earlier this year and qualified well at the WWT last year, so we’re in a good position heading into the weekend.”
Miller and the team will hit the track Friday, August 19 for a couple of rounds of testing before practicing, qualifying, and racing on the 1.25-mile oval track of World Wide Technology Raceway all in one day on Saturday.
