Miller Vinatieri Motorsports Sets Sights on Strong Run in Portland

Miller Vinatieri Motorsports and driver Jack William Miller continue their West Coast campaign in the 2025 INDY NXT by Firestone championship as the team heads to Oregon for the Grand Prix of Portland. Round 12 will take place August 8–10 at the renowned Portland International Raceway, and with the season winding down, Miller and the squad are looking for their best performance to date.
Coming away from Rounds 10 and 11 at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, Jack William Miller is looking to build on the momentum he gained from back-to-back seventh-place finishes, and the Jostens Biggest Mover of the Race award. Miller showcased his strong driving skills in Monterey and looks to continue this streak in the Pacific Northwest.
“I’m proud of what we accomplished at Laguna Seca,” commented Miller. “Heading into Portland, I’m aiming to keep improving and fight for an even stronger result.”
Portland International Raceway will host the 35 laps of the Grand Prix of Portland around the 12-turn, 1.964-mile natural road course. The track is known for its flat terrain and high-commitment layout that provides for exciting wheel-to-wheel racing, especially down the long front straight and into the festival turns of corners one through three.
The action begins on Friday with Practice 1 at 4:00 PM ET on FS1. Saturday will feature Practice 2 at 4:30 PM ET on FS1 and Qualifying at 7:30 PM ET on FS2. The Grand Prix of Portland will go green on Sunday at 1:00 PM ET, airing live on FS1.
Jack William Miller would like to thank all of his partners for their continued support, including Patterson Dental, Homelink by Gentex, HavenGo by Saam, and everyone else who has added in getting him to where he is today.
