Miller Vinatieri Motorsports Takes Podium Streak to Mid-Ohio

Fresh off a podium result at Road America a few weeks ago, Miller Vinatieri Motorsports and Jack William Miller head to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend. Set to take on rounds 11 and 12 of the Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires, Miller will look to keep his podium streak alive at the 2.258-mile, 13-turn road course in Lexington, Ohio.

“We have had some great pace as of late and it was good to get another podium at Road America,” explained Miller. “I am hopeful that result will help springboard several more podium results and race wins as the season pushes on.”

Sitting eighth in the championship point standings, Miller is returning to a facility that he has shown speed and had some success at in the past. Close to the Indianapolis area, support from family, friends, and partners is always plentiful.

Miller continued, “I am looking forward to seeing some of our friends from Patterson Dental and to work alongside Louis Foster and Exclusive Autosport again. Since making an engineering change and partnering with them to have a teammate to learn from and bounce ideas off, we have had an increase in pace and the results have proven that.”

Set to hit the track on Thursday for three Promoters Test sessions, the official weekend of competition will get underway with practice on Friday morning just prior to qualifying. Race one of the weekend will take the green on Friday afternoon while race two rolls off the grid around lunch time on Saturday.
